Kabobs

Kabobs. Vertical
deliciousness at its best.

Wooden skewers serve. But instead of sticking with beef cuts, peppers,
onions, and pineapples, let’s get a little wild here.

Kabob: Turkish for sword or skewer. During medieval times, Middle Eastern soldiers used sharp iron swords to grill lamb and beef over open fires. To us, wooden sticks sound more appealing, thank you very much.

American kabobs are more or less random mixes of meat, peppers, pineapple, onions— nothing too out there. Until now. Kabobs are just such fun food, they deserve fun themes. Forks, knives, spoons—go take the night off. Prep your table with sticks of stupendousness.
