Chinese 5 Spice Pork Sliders with Spicy Szechuan Sauce

    Good Nature® Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp
    chinese 5 spice
  • 3 tbsp
    sweet soy glaze
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
    spicy chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp
    szechuan peppers, crushed
  • 1 cup
    green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup
    cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp
    kewpie mayo
  • 6 small
    brioche rolls or buns, sliced in half

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Preheat a large cast iron skillet on medium-high. Rub pork with Chinese 5 spice and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Dry sear pork on all sides, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place the skillet with pork into the oven and roast for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and let rest at least 10 minutes.

While pork is cooking, combine soy glaze, hoisin, spicy chili crisp, and Szechuan peppers.

To assemble, slice pork into ¼” medallions. Slather top bun with spicy Szechuan sauce and cabbage. Slather bottom bun with kewpie mayo and cucumber. Place 3 slices of pork on the bottom bun and place top bun onto pork.

Note: You can find sweet soy glaze, spicy chili crisp, Szechuan peppers, and kewpie mayo in your local Asian market.
