Ingredients

  • ¼ cup
    dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup
    stone ground mustard
  • ¼ cup
    honey
  • ¼ cup
    orange juice
  • 2 tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 cloves
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    fresh herbs (rosemary, tarragon, and/or thyme), minced
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • ½ tsp
    freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and stir to combine. Use with 2 lbs of your favorite meat.
