
One Pot Pork Mac ‘n’ Cheese

Ingredients

1Good Nature® Pork Tenderloin, cut ½” pieces

2 tbspbutter
-
1 tbspsafflower or canola oil

½ tspkosher salt

¼ tspfreshly ground black pepper

12 ozmacaroni or other short pasta

4 cupswhole milk
-
6 ozmedium cheddar, shredded
-
2 ozsmoked gouda, shredded

1 tbsphoney
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1 dashhot sauce (or more to taste)
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and oil. Add the pork and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove pork from pan and add the pasta and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently to keep the pasta from sticking. Cook until pasta is al dente, about 5 minutes. Add the cheddar and gouda and stir until melted. Add the honey, mustard, and pork; season with hot sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken and serve.
