Pulled Pork Sliders with Ranch Slaw

Servings: 8 (makes 16 sliders)


  • 2 cups
    Good Nature® Perfectly Pulled Pork (see recipe), warmed
  • 1 cup
    BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 1 tsp
    chipotle chili in adobo sauce, minced
  • ¾ cup
    purple cabbage, shredded
  • ¾ cup
    green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup
    carrot, shredded
  • 2 tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 2 ½ tbsp
    ranch dressing (your favorite)
  • 1 pinch
    kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 16
    slider buns, split

In a small saucepan, combine the pork, BBQ sauce, and chipotle chili and bring to a simmer. Keep warm.

In a large bowl, combine both cabbages, carrots, parsley, and ranch. Season with salt and pepper.

To serve, divide pork mixture between slider bottoms and top with the slaw. Cover with the bun top and serve.
